KCBS In Depth: The Pros And Cons Of California's High-Speed Rail Project

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)— Chair of the High-Speed Rail Authority Board, Dan Richard, gives his point of view as to why the state needs to go forward with the plan to connect San Francisco to Los Angeles. Meanwhile, former San Francisco supervisor, State Senator and Superior Court judge, Quentin Kopp gives the opposing viewpoint and says he disagrees with the plan as it currently stands, because it's no longer high-speed rail and would be in violation of the law.
