OAKLAND (CBS SF) — An Oakland man has been charged with murder for allegedly beating a woman to death near Lake Merritt in Oakland earlier this month, police said Tuesday.
Prince Tsetse, 40, is charged in connection with the death of Kimberly Robertson, 23, who was found beaten to death at 6:40 a.m. on April 5 in the 1900 block of Third Avenue outside the Francis Marion Smith Recreation Center.READ MORE: 49ers All-Pro LT Trent Williams Questionable For NFC Championship

Robertson was in a criminal justice program at Heald College in San Francisco and has a daughter who will turn three in May, according to her Facebook page.
