Teen Girl Missing From San Jose home

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Police are looking for a potentially suicidal teen girl who ran away from her San Jose home Monday.

Cyana "Nana" O'Donnel, 13, ran away from her home in the 2900 block of David Avenue, police said.

She has a history of depression and PTSD and has attempted suicide recently, police said.

She is considered at-risk because of her mental state and need for daily medication, police said.

Police described Cyana as Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion.

She has a birthmark on her left temple and was last seen wearing a turquoise sweater, blue jean shorts and gold flats.

Anyone who sees Cyana has been asked to call San Jose police at (408) 277-8900.
