SAN JOSE (CBS/AP) — A San Jose postal inspector has been arrested and charged with stealing and destroying mail.

A criminal complaint filed in U.S. District court earlier this week said alleges that Quan Pham Howard stole gift cards, prescription pills, silver and copper bars, passports, marijuana and $5,000 in cash. The complaint said hidden cameras caught Howard rummaging through mail on several occasions and taking the items alleged.
