LOS ANGELES (CBS SF) — A woman who snuck onto a plane at Mineta San Jose International Airport, flew to Los Angeles and was arrested shortly after said she “wouldn’t dare” do it again. One day after her release from jail, she reneged on her vow.

Marilyn Hartman, 62, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. by LAX police near Terminal 7, according to Sgt. Belinda Nettles.

She was transported directly to Los Angeles Police Pacific Division Jail for pre-booking procedures, Nettles said. No additional details about Hartman’s arrest were immediately available.

Hartman was first arrested Monday night after she took a Southwest Airlines flight from San Jose to LA.

According to authorities, Hartman was able to get past security officials in San Jose on Monday evening and board a Southwest Airlines flight to Los Angeles International Airport. Police arrested the woman after the plane landed in Southern California.

Earlier this year, Hartman made several attempts to stow away on flights from San Francisco International Airport.

The 62-year-old said she is homeless and only has $4.25 to her name. Hartman told reporters that she does not know what she will do next or how she will get back to the Bay Area.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, Hartman has no known family and left the emergency contact number blank each time she was arrested at SFO.

The newspaper reported that Hartman used to live in Chicago, but has been in and out of homeless shelters up and down the West Coast over the past 10 years. She has also been trying to stow away on planes for years. In 2012, someone believed to be Hartman blogged about slipping through tight security spots in order to fly to another city.
