Magnitude 3.0 Earthquake Rattles Napa County Near American Canyon
NAPA COUNTY (CBS SF) -- The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.0-magnitude aftershock in American Canyon about seven miles south of Napa Thursday morning.
The aftershock was reported at 3:56 a.m. and had a depth of 6.8 miles, according to USGS.
No injuries or damages have been reported. One caller in Vallejo said they felt the wake-up call.
The aftershock follows a 6.1-magnitude quake that struck Napa on August 24.
