SFO Flights To, From Los Angeles, Seattle & Other Cities Delayed By Fog
SFO (CBS SF) -- Fog over San Francisco International Airport is causing delays for flights within 1,000 miles of the Bay Area Monday morning, an airport duty manager said.
Some flights to and from cities like Vancouver, Seattle, Los Angeles and San Diego are delayed 30 to 45 minutes. The delay program is expected to last until 1 p.m., but may end sooner if the weather clears up, SFO duty manager Joe Walsh said.
SFO is advising passengers to check flight times with their airline for possible changes.
