Facebook Testing Feature To Make Older Posts Vanish
MENLO PARK (CBS SF) - Facebook is testing a new mobile feature that will let users set a "kill date" for their posts when publishing.
"We're running a small pilot of a feature on Facebook for iOS that lets people schedule deletion of their posts in advance," Facebook told Yahoo Tech.
The feature will allow users to make the post expire after a set amount of time ranging from one hour to seven days.
Techies have compared the feature to the vanishing nature of the popular Snapchat network.
