SACRAMENTO (CBS SF) _ Gov. Jerry Brown has vetoed a pair of bills that would have made diaper changing stations available in both men’s and women’s restrooms.

SB1350 would have required the California Buildings Standards Commission to adopt standards requiring changing stations in public restrooms, regardless of gender, when one is being built or renovated.
