INVERNESS PARK (CBS SF) — The founder of internet radio giant Pandora and his plans to build what could be the largest private residence in rural West Marin County has some nearby residents banding together in opposition.

Multi-millionaire Pandora founder Tim Westergren submitted plans recently for a 17-bedroom home featuring a separate caretaker apartment, lap pool, studio and two garages in rural Inverness Park according to the Marin Independent Journal.

The planned home would be as much as four times larger than the average sized home in the community consisting mostly of summer homes, cabins and single family homes.
