Peeping Tom Seen Filming People From Outside Their Mountain View Apartments
MOUNTAIN VIEW (CBS SF) -- Mountain View police are asking for the public's help in identifying a "peeping Tom" who has filmed people from outside of their apartments.
Police said on two separate occasions a person was using a cellphone to record people inside apartments at 2050 California St.
The first incident occurred during the evening of Oct. 29 and the second occurred during the early morning hours of Jan. 1, police said.
Police are describing the suspect as a 20- to 30-year-old man with a medium build. He was allegedly wearing a dark hat, dark jacket and dark pants, police said.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen a suspicious person during either of the reported incidents to call police at (650) 903-6395 and reference case number 15-0004.
