SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) — While many new NFL team coaches bring along staff from their former organizations, Madden says that 49er Coach Jim Tomsula, who's been with the team for years, faces the task of assembling his own staff as Tom Rathman is the only remaining assistant coach from the Harbaugh era.
The Coach also talks about Jack Del Rio's challenges across the Bay with changing the culture of the Raiders.
