SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – At an event in San Francisco Thursday night, Mayor Ed Lee joked about Disneyland and how it became the origin of a measles outbreak that began over the holidays.

At the event, emceed by KCBS foodie chap Liam Mayclem, the mayor said. “People go to Disneyland for measles, but come to San Francisco for crabs.”

Mayclem said the audience of merchants loved it.
But on Twitter, several people responded adversely.
