	    		    <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>EUREKA (CBS SF ) — The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude 5.5 earthquake has struck in the Pacific Ocean near Eureka.</p>
<p>The USGS says the quake&#8217;s epicenter was located 162 miles west of Eureka at 5:34 p.m.</p>
<p>The quake struck at a depth of six miles.  At least two people reported feeling the shaking on the USGS site.</p>
<p>No tsunami warning was issued.</p>
