SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — Police arrested 11 people during Sunday morning’s Bay to Breakers footrace in San Francisco, police said.

Medical crews responded to 14 medical calls and police said 10 people were treated at sobering centers.

Kenyans Isaac Mukundi Mwangi and Jane Kibii won the men’s and women’s elite divisions, respectively, according to event organizers.
The race began at 8 a.m. near the Embarcadero and finished at Ocean Beach.
