LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) — A man driving a black convertible led police on a slow-speed pursuit in Los Angeles before a bystander blocked the car.
The man smiled and waved to onlookers Friday as several patrol cars trailed him. His car was decorated with signs that read “Victory Parade.”

Los Angeles police Capt. Paul Vernon tells City News Service the man who stopped the chase was interviewed and released.
