Chipotle Hoping To Add 4,000 Employees In 3-Hour Hiring Spree

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Chipotle is looking to hire 4,000 new employees, and plans to do it in a span of three hours or less.

Each Chipotle location, including those in the Bay Area, will interview up to 60 applicants on September 9th between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The chain is enticing new recruits with the announcement that 10,000 of its hourly employees have been promoted to management over the last year.

Chipotle says top managers can earn a six figure salary, along with a company car.
