(CBS SF) — Frontier Airlines announced its “Fly for a Buck” sale this week, but you’ll need more than $1 to book your next getaway.
The ticket may be only a few nickles and dimes, but customers will have to pay $15 each way in fees — and that’s not including extra fees for a carry-on bag, checked bag or seat assignment. As Time.com points out, all the “$1” fares were sold out as of Thursday morning. The cheapest flights are $29 after using the “5OFF” promo code at checkout.
If you’re departing from San Francisco International Airport, you can find one-way flights as low as $30 to Phoenix and Las Vegas.
