Netflix Releases Official 'Marvel's Jessica Jones' Trailer
LOS GATOS (CBS SF) – Marvel Entertainment and Los Gatos-based Netflix has released the official trailer for their highly anticipated original series, Marvel's Jessica Jones. For months, Netflix released :30 teasers leading up to the 13 episode series premiere on November 20th.
The series features actress Krysten Ritter (Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls & Veronica Mars) as Jessica Jones. Jones is a former superhero, piecing back her life with a new career as a private investigator in Hell's Kitchen and works closely with people with special abilities like herself.
Jessica Jones also stars Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix), David Tennant (Doctor Who), Mike Colter (The Good Wife) and Rachael Taylor (Transformers). Colter will also have his own upcoming series on Netflix, Marvel's Luke Cage. Both series and Marvel's Iron Fist will lead to an all-out Marvel team-up with the lead characters in Marvel's Defenders. We've seen this before on the big-screen with the Avengers movies.
