MORGAN HILL (CBS SF) — Five residents of San Jose were arrested in Morgan Hill Friday after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a loaded gun, according to police.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 16000 block of Condit Road Friday, police said. The officer found out that one of the vehicle’s passengers was on probation, then allegedly noticed a loaded pistol.

Two men and three women were arrested on suspicion of a variety of charges, including narcotics violations and possession of a firearm, according to police.
