SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- All San Francisco Municipal Railway lines along Market Street resumed regular service Saturday night after a Muni streetcar collided with a Department of Parking and Traffic vehicle, Muni officials said.

The collision was reported at about 5:40 p.m. in the area of Market and 10th streets and involved a F-Market & Wharves streetcar, Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.

The DPT employee was hospitalized with injuries to the face and knees, Rose said. No other details about the collision were immediately available, he said.

Crews cleared the scene of the collision as of shortly before 8:15 p.m., Muni officials wrote on Twitter. The F-Market & Wharves, 6-Haight/Parnassus, 7-Haight/Noriega, 9-San Bruno and 21-Hayes resumed regular service, according to the agency.
