Police Seek Suspects In Mountain View Package Theft

At 2:43 p.m. on Jan. 11, two male and two female suspects approached a porch in the 200 block of Beatrice Street and took two packages that had been delivered that day.

The theft was captured on surveillance cameras.

About 15 minutes later, they came back carrying an orange bag that is thought to have been taken out of the stolen parcel, according to police.

Both women approached the porch again and tried to open the locked door before noticing the security camera and quickly leaving the scene.

The first suspect was described as a Hispanic female with long black hair and an average build. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue skinny jeans, and black slip-on shoes, according to police.

The second suspect was also described as a Hispanic female with long curly hair. She was wearing dark-framed glasses, a pink hooded sweatshirt, black skinny jeans, black and white shoes and a black and multicolored backpack, police said.

The third suspect was described as a Hispanic or white male wearing a red baseball hat, a black hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants and white shoes, according to police.

The second man was also described as a Hispanic or white male. He was wearing a dark colored baseball cap with a red rim, a black hoodie, light colored shirt and dark colored jeans.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about these suspects to contact the Mountain View Police Department at (650) 903-6395.
