San Ramon Police Find Missing 8-Year-Old

SAN RAMON (CBS SF) – A Tuesday evening search for an autistic 8-year-old boy in San Ramon Park has ended after the boy was found safe in Pleasanton, authorities said.

Police said Eric Schneider was last seen around 4:08 p.m. near Rancho San Ramon Park.

At 6:26 p.m. police announced via Twitter that the boy was being reunited with his parents.

Further details were not immediately available.
