PITTSBURG (CBS SF) — Acting on a tip, Pittsburg police narcotics detectives uncovered a massive illegal indoor marijuana growing operation nestled within a quiet neighborhood.

Authorities said they were able to obtain a search warrant for a home located on Kingsview Drive after receiving tips about a possible indoor marijuana growing operation.

Armed with the warrant, detectives raided the home and discovered rooms stacked deep with marijuana plants.

In all, more than 400 plants were seized with a street value of over $375,000.

There was no immediate word on arrests associated with the discovery.
