SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) — An urgent search intensified for a two-year-old girl whose mother was found dead in San Francisco three days ago.

Friends and relatives are waiting for news about the girl and hoping she is found safe.

32-year-old Nicole Fitts was found dead on Friday night after she had been reported missing a week earlier. She was last seen alive on April 1st.
Nicole Fitts worked at a Best Buy store in the Mission District.
