Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Hitting Deer On Highway 1
SANTA CRUZ (CBS SF) -- A motorcyclist suffered major injuries not considered life threatening in a collision with a deer Sunday afternoon in unincorporated Monterey County, California Highway Patrol officials said.
The collision occurred at 1:13 p.m. on state Highway 1 near Mule Canyon.
The motorcyclist, a man, was taken to a hospital, CHP officials said.
