For riders who haven’t experienced San Francisco’s hills, they may be in for a workout.

“Some of the streets are a little tricky. The hills, man. You need to be doing your squats and your deadlifts constantly to get up those,” bicyclist Josema told KCBS. He was visiting from Toronto, where he said biking to work is an everyday routine for thousands of commuters.

Energizer stations will be placed throughout commute routes in all nine Bay Area counties.
