President Obama Lands At Crissy Field Before Dining Out In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- President Obama made quite the entrance as he flew into San Francisco on Marine One and landed at Crissy Field.

The helicopter landed with two osprey escorts just before 6 p.m.

There was a heightened secret service and park presence in the area all day long -- but many were caught off guard by president Obama's arrival.

The motorcade then headed to SoMa where President Obama dined at Twenty Five Lusk with Bay Area VIPs.

Like past visits to San Francisco, his company at dinner included the Silicon Valley elite including the CEO of Google and the president of Stanford University.
