Woman And Her Baby Missing Out Of Santa Cruz Found Safe

SANTA CRUZ (CBS SF) -- Police said that they've found a woman and her 15-month-old child who've been missing out of Santa Cruz since the weekend.

Alice Wieland, 37, voluntarily left the city with her daughter, Joan, who were both reported missing on Sunday, police said.

Wieland and her daughter "have been located in a safe and undisclosed location of her choosing," police said in a statement issued on social media at 10:25 p.m.
