Blink-182's Tom DeLonge Reacts To Wikileaks Email Dump

By Amanda Wicks

(RADIO.COM) – The last Wikileaks dump revealed that Blink-182 member and UFO enthusiast Tom DeLonge reached out to Hillary Clinton's campaign manager John Podesta (and former Bill Clinton staffer) last year via email about setting up an in-person meeting with "A-Level officials."

Podesta is reportedly a believer as well, and DeLonge contacted him to facilitate a meeting with the top brass in order to see about declassifying government documents about UFOs. Now, DeLonge posted his reaction to that information reaching the public. On Instagram, he shared a picture of himself along with a lengthy explanation. DeLonge admonished anybody making fun of him for the emails, implying that he'd acquired some kind of evidence to make everyone eat their words.

"I am still here," he wrote. "Wikileaks really messed some important stuff up. What seems like ridiculous subject matter to most, is of massive importance to admirable National Security Leadership. It's easy to poke fun about the topic from an armchair, but unless you're invited to the meetings I have been a part of, then…no more laughing. Big things are coming. Project is still on, believe it or not, things just got bigger. #SekretMachines."
