Dive Bar
78 E Santa Clara St.
San Jose, CA 95113
(408) 288-5252
www.sjdivebar.com

Do not let the title of this bar fool you. Not exactly aptly named, the Dive is extremely lush in its snazzy décor; including long red booths, quilted barrel chairs and low cocktail tables - and it has clean bathrooms to boot.  The name shows that this bar has a sense of humor and loves to have fun. The only similarity between Dive bar and actual dive bars is that it is not stuffy or pretentious.  Look for the neon diver sign (similar to the signs in the old motels from the 50s) – and you've found your Dive. Enjoy dancing to your favorite tunes from the bar's internet jukebox, or to the local DJs on special nights.
