This surprising and hidden urban mall, featuring a Bed, Bath & Beyond and Trader Joe's, has a two-story Nordstrom Rack with the designers you like at the discounts you love. The Plus Size section is located on the first floor, in the far corner. Just like any outlet, you'll need to dig. But you'll find racks of rasons to shop the Rack.
