Centre Concord is an attractive meeting and banquet facility owned by the City of Concord, and is available to rent for events in Central Contra Costa County. At approximately 8,800 square feet, the space is a versatile venue for business meetings, trade shows, seminars and presentations, retreats or banquets and receptions for up to 400 people. The space can be divided into a range of sizes, from Classroom, to 1/3, 2/3 or full Ballroom sizes, plus an Activity Center area. The facility has a fully equipped commercial kitchen as well, where your caterer is welcome to work. During the week, Monday through Thursday, Centre Concord is available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a two-hour minimum rental. On weekends, Friday through Sunday, rental sizes are Full Ballroom, which includes kitchen use, and Classroom or Activity Center at a four-hour minimum rental.
