Family Wants To Warn Boaters After Man Drowns In Freak Accident On Delta
A boater enjoying a day on the water was killed in a freak accident, when he was sucked underwater by a pipe in the Delta, and drowned. Juliette Goodrich says others must be warned, but it's not that simple.
