STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) — Stockton police have arrested four teenagers in the beating death of a 14-year-old boy at a city park.

The male suspects -ages 14 to 19- were arrested suspicion of murder Saturday evening in the killing at Panella Park. The only adult in custody is 19-year-old Michael Muy.

Friends and relative have identified the boy killed as Rin Ros, a freshman at Stagg High School, but police have not confirmed the victim’s identity.

The victim was in cardiac arrest when someone called police Friday afternoon and reported that eight or nine people had pulled him out of a car and beaten him. He later died at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.

Ros was one of three people killed in Stockton within a seven-hour span Friday night. Police don’t believe the incidents are related.
