Plastic Logic Puts a Hold on E-Reader

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KCBS)_ Plastic Logic says it is canceling its first e-reader before it ships and is concentrating on making a more advanced device instead.

The company had unveiled its Que ProReader in January at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Plastic Logic says the product has faced delays and the e-reader market has changed greatly since it was announced.

The Que was to have a 10.7 inch plastic display that could be used for reading e-books and documents in various formats.
