Crowded Ballot for Mayor of San Francisco
Another candidate has entered the race for mayor of San Francisco. Venture Capitalist Joanna Rees has filed papers to form an exploratory campaign.
Rees says her central themes are jobs, education, government transparency and incorporating technology.
She has no political experience.
Rees joins City Attorney Dennis Herrera and Supervisor Bevan Dufty, who are also planning to run.
There have been reports that state Senators Mark Leno and Leland Yee are considering it as well.
