    FREE way means “FREE” to drive on. So why would you have to pay??? I already pay taxes and now where does my money go???

    Keep the govenment out of Toll Lanes. Let Private companies fundnew lanes and get the profit. If the lanes are not being used for car pools then return the lanes to general use and we will all go faster.
