SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) - San Francisco officials who are trying to end the cycle of homelessness in the city say they are making headway on the problem, connecting those on the street with needed services rather than cash.
But Mayor Newsom’s Homeless Policy Director Dariush Kayhan tells KCBS’ Jane McMillan a more regional approach is needed to reduce the flow of new homeless cases each year.
