Toni Braxton Files For Bankruptcy Again

NEW YORK (CBS) – Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy, claiming she has debts between $10 million and $50 million.

The former ’90s R&B chart-topper, who turns 43 today, reportedly has unpaid debts that she owes around the United States, according to published reports.

TMZ.com wrote that Braxton filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in California and, in the legal documents, claims she is allegedly worth between $1 million and $10 million.

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of Los Angeles Parking Violations Bureau – and the DMV in both California and Nevada.

This isn’t the first time Braxton has been in financial trouble – she first filed for bankruptcy back in 1998. Earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396,000, according to the report.
