Narsai David Restaurant Review: Hung's Kitchen

(KCBS) - KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David found some delicious soup dumplings from Hung's Kitchen in San Ramon. The owner is from Taiwan. Narsai says when he was in Taiwan he was introduced to these soup dumplings at Din Tai Fung. These dumplings are in a very delicate wrapper and filled with meat and boiling hot broth. This restaurant does a very nice job with these.
