(KCBS) – KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David talks about his recent experience at this San Francisco restaurant. It’s right down on the water looking up at the Bay Bridge. The chef is Jan Birnbaum who does a really great job roasting in a wood oven. We enjoyed the wood oven roasted chili squid salad, wood oven roasted whole fish on the bone – this was a branzini, wood oven roasted rib eye for two, and the Epic rocky road sundae for dessert.
