At approximately 10:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1600 block of East 15th Street, near Saint Anthony's Church, on the report of a shooting.

Officers arrived on the scene and found a boy in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound, Oakland police Officer J. Moore said.
