Man Found Dead On Santa Clara Street
SANTA CLARA (BCN) -- Police in Santa Clara are investigating the city's first homicide of the year after a man was found dead on the street Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the 2200 block of Monroe Street after a passerby reported seeing an unconscious person around 7:25 a.m., according to Santa Clara police.
Arriving officers found a 31-year-old man who appeared to be the victim of a homicide, police said.
Investigators did not release further details citing an ongoing investigation.
