Woman, Dog Escape Fremont Mobile Home Fire
FREMONT (BCN) -- A woman and her dog escaped a fire that damaged a mobile home in Fremont on Saturday afternoon, according to the Fremont Fire Department.
Units responded to a report of fire at the Besaro Mobile Home Community, located at 4141 Deep Creek Road, about 4:15 p.m., according to the fire department.
Arriving firefighters reported seeing smoke coming from inside a mobile home residence.
One occupant and her pet dog evacuated, and the fire was declared under control in about 30 minutes.
Fire investigators estimated damage to the home at around $50,000 and determined that the cause was accidental.
