Vallejo School Counselor Accused Of Lewd Acts On Child
VALLEJO (CBS SF) -Vallejo police arrested a counselor for allegedly committing lewd acts on a child at Solano Middle School on Friday, police said.
Peter Cobbold Small, from Albany, was arrested following an investigation launched byVallejo police in March, officials said.
The 43-year-old man worked for the Solano County Mental Health Department, where he served as a counselor for its Cornerstone program, according to police.
The all-day program works with teenagers and is located at Solano Middle School.
Police determined that Small began committing the acts on campus in the fall, according to the Vallejo Police Department.
He has been placed on administrative leave from the program since the police investigation started in March, officers said.
Small was booked into Solano County Jail.
