Vallejo Police Release Surveillance Photo Of 7-Eleven Shooting Suspects

VALLEJO (CBS SF) — Police in Vallejo are asking for the public’s help identifying suspects in a fatal shooting that took place April 16 outside a 7-Eleven store.

Vallejo police said the victim, 22-year-old Giovanni Fragozo, was sitting in a car in the parking lot of 7-Eleven at 1095 Magazine St., when he was shot several times about 1:20 a.m.

Fragozo, a Richmond resident, later died from his wounds at UC Davis hospital, police said.

Photos recovered from the store’s video surveillance system were released by investigators on Friday.

Anyone who recognizes people in the photographs or who might have been in the store at the time of the shooting is urged to contact Vallejo police Detective Badour or Cpl. Nicol at (800) 488-9383.

Witnesses wishing to remain anonymous can dial the Solano Crime Stoppers tip line at (707) 644-STOP (7867).
