Narsai David Recipe: Two-Hour Teriyaki Chicken

(KCBS) – KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David says this dish is delicious whether you do it on the broiler or outside on the grill and it’s really simple and easy.

Marinates 3-4 lb chicken

1/4 cup sherry

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup wine vinegar

3 TBS orange marmalade

3 TBS brown sugar

1″ piece fresh ginger, sliced and crushed

2 large cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over one disjointed chicken and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil over charcoal or on a broiler pan in the oven.
