Oakland Gunshot Victim Drives Himself To Police Station

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A victim with multiple gunshot wounds drove about four block to an Oakland police substation before he was taken to a hospital Saturday morning, an Oakland police officer said.

Around 3:50 a.m., the victim had been shot multiple times near 69th Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard. The victim then drove injured to a nearby police station at 2651 73rd Ave. and was then taken to the hospital in stable condition, Officer Kevin McDonald said.
