NorCal Man Tasers Transvestite In Price Fight Over Sex Act

SALINAS (CBS SF) - Two men were arrested Tuesday night near Soledad after getting into a fight over money for sex, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to a report of a man down and found two men fighting near the Front Street off-ramp from southbound U.S. Highway 101 at about 9:25 p.m., officials said.

The two men were identified as Misael Ruiz, 34, of Salinas, and Bryan Oster, 36.

During questioning, deputies discovered that Oster had agreed to pay $60 for oral sex from Ruiz, who he thought was a woman, according to the sheriff's office.

Ruiz got in Oster's car and apparently performed the sexual act, according to the sheriff's office. When Oster attempted to pay, Ruiz tried to take more than $60 and a fight ensued.

During the confrontation, Oster took out an electric stun gun and used it on Ruiz several times, officials said.

Ruiz picked up a rock the size of a baseball and struck Oster, according to the sheriff's office.

Both Ruiz and Oster suffered minor cuts.

Both men were arrested for prostitution and assault with a deadly weapon and booked at Monterey County Jail.
